" We would like to inform your company of your outstanding employees, Shawn McAlpin and Luis Garza. I cannot express in this letter how grateful we are to have done business with DFW Premium Roofing because of these individuals. Shawn met with our insurance adjuster for us. We didn't have to do a thing. He worked to get our entire roof and installation covered by our insurance company. Shawn worked to get as many upgrades for us as possible and made certain that any structural concerns, and venting systems, were completely addressed to our complete satisfaction. About a month after our roof was complete, our home suffered some water leakage completely unrelated to the roof job, but instead a compromise of our chimney. I can't remember the last time I felt so cared for by a company.
